Developing a diverse workforce is an important part of every insurers' business strategy. While business diversity data is available on broad groups, we wanted to collect and share valuable, insurance industry-specific statistics.

We have partnered with the global insurance benchmarking firm Ward Group – a McLagan/Aon Hewitt Company, to conduct an industry-wide diversity study. The study will focus on diversity population ratios only (i.e. not pay data) based on gender, race and age group.
